Terms & Conditions
- Requisition for booking has to be submitted to the secretary Dashnam Goswami Trust in the prescribed form.
- Booking will be confirmed subject to availability of the dates.
- Checkout time of booking will be 24 hours commencing from 7.00 A.M. on the specified date.
- For booking please contact in the office between 10.30 A.M. to 01.30 P.M. on Sundays.
- The applicant has to pay security deposit of Rs. 3000/- (Refundable).
- Hall rent, cleaning charges and electricity charges are payable as applicable at the time of booking.
- Applicant will be responsible for the damage, if any, to the building/property during the period of stay and the applicant will have to make good such loss/damage.
- Applicant shall make note of the electricity meter reading while occupying and at the time of vacating the hall.
- Applicant has to deposit Rs. 2,000/- per day along with the application towards electricity charges.
- In the case of booking for two days or more, applicant has to get the hall/premises cleaned himself.
- Applicant will be solely responsible for the safety of his belongings and children.
- For the members of Goswami Community, 50% rent will be charged. However, all other charges and deposit will be payable as applicable.
- If the booking is cancelled 15 days before the specified date, 25% of rent will be charged; and if the booking is cancelled within less than 15 days of due date, 50% rent will be charged.
- Function material will be supplied by the firm authorised by the Dashnam Goswami Trust.
- D.J. is not allowed.
- Dashnam Goswami Trust reserves the right to accept or reject any application for booking without assigning any reason.
