Terms & Conditions

Requisition for booking has to be submitted to the secretary Dashnam Goswami Trust in the prescribed form.
Booking will be confirmed subject to availability of the dates.
Checkout time of booking will be 24 hours commencing from 7.00 A.M. on the specified date.
For booking please contact in the office between 10.30 A.M. to 01.30 P.M. on Sundays.
The applicant has to pay security deposit of Rs. 3000/- (Refundable).
Hall rent, cleaning charges and electricity charges are payable as applicable at the time of booking.
Applicant will be responsible for the damage, if any, to the building/property during the period of stay and the applicant will have to make good such loss/damage.
Applicant shall make note of the electricity meter reading while occupying and at the time of vacating the hall.
Applicant has to deposit Rs. 2,000/- per day along with the application towards electricity charges.
In the case of booking for two days or more, applicant has to get the hall/premises cleaned himself.
Applicant will be solely responsible for the safety of his belongings and children.
For the members of Goswami Community, 50% rent will be charged. However, all other charges and deposit will be payable as applicable.
If the booking is cancelled 15 days before the specified date, 25% of rent will be charged; and if the booking is cancelled within less than 15 days of due date, 50% rent will be charged.
Function material will be supplied by the firm authorised by the Dashnam Goswami Trust.
D.J. is not allowed.
Dashnam Goswami Trust reserves the right to accept or reject any application for booking without assigning any reason.
